Couldn't get enough napkins to finish this event. This is at level 3. I cant imagine what highers levels require. :(

To be fair to GGS, this event has only just started , and will probably be around for years . By that time players will have much more capable farms . Still too expensive for a middling decoration though .

Wish events weren't hidden behind exclamation points  or were listed on the calendar so you would know to look for them.  Although the reward doesn't seem to justify the time/product expended.

It's baaaaaack!
Is anyone actually going to try to complete it?
I've recommended to my co-op members not to bother until it gets fixed.

I managed to complete Level 3 without using gold, but at considerable loss of valuable resources and time.  I started this second one at Level 1 and don't plan to put much effort into it -- just to see how it goes.

Okay, finished Level 1 fairly easily.  But loss of goods (no monetary compensation) still not worth it to me for the deco. This event is too detrimental to me and for the way I farm.  Cute idea, but I probably will pass this one by at any level.

Well the food truck is on again, and against my better judgement I've decided to try it again...

lets see if I can collect carrots in 4 days... I'm betting not!

Brave man lol. I chickened out, did level 2 comfortably . Why GGS don't start these events at level 1 is a mystery to me , you could then get a feel for it , and move up as it suits your farm .

Me too but looks like they haven't fixed drop rate. Who ever asked for collecting more than donating is probably using a lot of gold to complete. Watch what you ask for because everyone might suffer for it. lol

Almost there.. (I actually can pick level 4 but want to test level 3 again. Level 128 Farmer yet still doable for me).

How many hours per day did you spend?  How much gold did you spend?

Didn't use any gold, I just have plenty hours (about 10) to play during the event (continuously plant dandelion and producing goat feed to get a good amount of drops). I just remind that level 4 food truck is IMPOSSIBLE to complete without getting plenty time to playing during the event, while level 5+ is IMPOSSIBLE without using gold and/or seaweed.

Well 2 days to go and I need another 304 carrots... drop rates are just as bad, but I was a little more prepared this time.

Onto step 5, spent some game cash and now onto step 6 with 47 hours to go...

This comes down to "can I get enough decent drops"! (This is at level 3 difficulty, I didn't get to choose difficulty so I dunno how others can!)

Onto step 5
Cheering you on!  What level are you doing?

Try to do your best! You just need to complete once and you can choose the difficulty.

Try to do your best! By the way, have you built your food van and unlock it in decoration tower? If not, you CAN'T choose the difficulty.
I haven't placed the decoration from last time and I had the option to select the 4th difficulty. I think it is a good event overall but I would like them to change requirements to collecting field/garden/meadow items rather then donating them, since we need them for a large number of production buildings.

[3796618] archerbob (AU1) [AU1] :: Jan. 21, 2018, 12:59 a.m.
Well at the moment this is looking like a bust for me cause all drops are 3 - 4 points each, 46 hours to go.

For my 8 fields alone, if I forgo sleep I'll complete this event in 47 hours, with the rate of drops I am getting.

[3796921] Cpt Compost (GB1) [None] :: Jan. 21, 2018, 1:43 p.m.

The drop rates are still way off, doubt I can finish it this time around either. Wasn't this supposed to have been fixed?

[3797665] archerbob (AU1) [AU1] :: Jan. 22, 2018, 5:42 a.m.
Well it took me 30 hours to collect 1410, at my current rate of knots I'll fall a couple hundred short of finishing when the timer runs out... so it's official this event is NOT finishable, not unless you gold.
