I am at level 40, I have two apple orchards level 3 and two and one cherry orchard and I think is kind of ridiculous that I've been harvesting non stop since this event started and I have collected only 15 firewood.
It's too late now, unless you think the individual task prizes are worth playing for, but cherry orchards have a worse find rate than apple orchards, so if possible, it's worth building extra temporary apple orchards and, if your cherry orchard is level 1, demolishing that to make space.
the promising idea that they fixed the rate of dropping gave me hope for a game that doesn't require me playing non stop all day for days
Only the special seed and crane find rate have changed.
if it takes 3 days for the first task then is not worth playing this event

Thank you Daytona, my cherry orchard is level 3 and I don't think is wise to demolish it, I am still playing the event, collecting apples and see how it goes, I did looked at all of the great suggestions and tips you and the others have generously posted but for some reason this time I am struggling...it is fun anyway, I played some of my tokens with the wheel of fortune won 1token and 400 bag of dung...I've never been so happy to win poop...very useful for the apples you know

i have three apple one cherry orchard i got the firewood quickly and the apples by end of first day but i FINALLY got the last paw print (track) i guess some come quickly and then you're punished on another LOL but i heard the game times it so you simply have to play enough and you'll get the reward. so those struggling on firewood you will probably get your paw prints (tracks) easier my tracks took WELL over 24 hours good luck to all

i just started camping very frustrating i collected my apples and got a credit of 7/26 then i reopened my game and collected my aples and got NO CREDIT for tess' camping then collected my cherries and went to 15/26
can you only collect once from apples for step one? do i now need to collect from almonds?
like one from apples (seeing as i can only get credit there once)
one from cherries
and then once from almonds?
no it just doesn't drop sticks every time.

You could not get sticks from almonds at all, Kathy. Almonds do not participate in this task. The event is solely on your main farm

I am growing lots of chicken feed & a few pig feed. I am about halfway through them now in only a few hours of play time. And yes, I think I did spend more time on the pawprints than last running of the event.
This will be 2nd time to get the waterfall deco The first and 3rd time the event ran--I was on real camping trip hehe.

For task 4, spreadsheet says to begin producing 18 cow, 50 pig & 72 chicken feed.
Does this mean 18 times cow feed which is 180 cow feed or 2 times cow feed which is 20 cow feed.
I am so confused

180 cow feed. It will probably tell to start production of. That means you need to start the production of cow feed 18 times (which will make 180 cow feed.) Same idea for the chicken and pig feed. Good luck!
