Huzzah! On to the homestretch for my level 55 farm! The level 56 is still feeding the pigs, though...
Task 6, level 54/55 (not sure which it counts for, since I levelled up in the last task)
Reward 150 XP
Find 1000 cranes, skip for 1650 gold.

Since it looks like everyone has to find 1000 cranes (which is right and proper, because that's the traditional number to fold for good luck or a wish), I do hope the algorithms are set to produce them more quickly for lower level players!!!
When you find them, you get 80 in apple harvests.
The first cranes I got were 18 from my mill for a 120-run of chicken feed. But with four days left to find them all, I'm not worrying about counting them now; I'm just farming as usual.
I actually built a fourth pigsty just for this task, and feeding them is actually taking me considerably longer than milling. If only I had done the time calculations first last night, I wouldn't have left my poor chickens starving halfway through the final pig feed run; I could easily have interspersed chicken feed! Four 120-runs of pig feed with a level 4 mill only takes a bit over 7 hours (and a bit under if you remember you only need 100 for the fourth run), but feeding a set of 4 pigsties 12 times takes almost 13 hours if you fed them first right after getting the task, or a full 14 hours if you were unfortunate enough to have fed them just before getting the task. So I had finished cranking out all the feed for both my farms before I went to bed, but I still had several hours of feeding left when I got up again. I'm glad the level 55 farm only had to do 36/360; that only takes 5.5 hours to mill, and feeding only takes 9 hours, give or take.

in task 3 you have to collect cherry blossoms from orchards. ... My apples are not finished yet, but I assume we can get 50, or perhaps 100 in apple orchards.

Having 4 pigsties though, (norm for this level?) will let you finish the feeding in the same time as the other part of the task, the milling (provided fully upgraded mill, and no inbetween task for it)

Yes, the feeding is really the time consuming part. I finished the milling hours ago, but I am only 1/2 way through the feeding with 4 pigstys. However, you really only have to stop by every 1:10 minutes to feed those pigs and it would appear that there is still enough time left to finish the last task on time.
However, these events can really get tedious!

So, my analysis: Just like the unicorn in the last event, the koi pond is quite valuable because it fills a niche — there are no other 6x4 gold decos, so it's literally the best you can get for its footprint — and also because its happiness per square is right up there at 2.9583. That's a per-square value that has only been available either as a prize, or as a gold purchase in the previous two theme events' limited-edition decos.
For comparison, the next best 6x4 is the shed at a mere 1.4583, and beyond that the comparisons are approximate only, because none of the rest of these has the same footprint. The 6x3 playground is 2.6667 (fits the footprint, but does not fill it, which lowers the per-square value), the 3x3 farm sign is 2.7778 (again, fits but does not fill the footprint), the 5x5 blue tractor is 2.8000, the camp's 5x5 trailer is 2.9200, the 5x5 large event prizes are 2.9600, the 5x4 fairy tale's unicorn is 3.0000 (a wicked good value; I so wish I had been able to buy that one!), and the charity drive's 5x5 Wellspring of Happiness is 3.6000.
In short, if you need that size and have the gold for it in your budget, grab it while you can!

At last on both of my accounts i am at the same point.... In another 3hrs i will finish the 5th task in both.

At level 33 the cranes seem to appear 1 in 4 at best in the fields, and about the same from stables. I just hit 500 after my morning four hours. When I log in again this evening I'll probably collect 200+ instantly from the mill and silo and all the stables/fields that I'm staring now.

I'm on task 4/6 to 'Find Cherry Blossoms'. I clicked the compass to see how to collect them, and it directed me to the apple orchard. I started a production of apples, and when it came to the end, there was nothing to collect.
Does anyone know how to collect the cherry blossoms for this task?

You have a CHANCE of getting 80 blossoms per apple orchard and 200 per cherry orchard. I does suck when that chance doesn't come through.I'm on task 4/6 to 'Find Cherry Blossoms'. Aly, You can get cheery blossoms from apple orchards and cheery orchars. The chance of getting them is random.
Apple gives 80 per harvest while cherry gives 200 per harvest.
The count also varies, I got 120 at the last time in my apple harvest, which also finishes the task for me.

Fingers crossed! We took advantage of the great weather and went away for a night and ofcourse most of the 2 days too, so both my friend from the States who's here and me are behind on the event.

I upped to level 16 last night and got the Asia Event. So I'm guessing 16 is the lowest level where you get the event.

OK I'm a little sad and disappointed. I'm level 48, currently at task 6. I have to find 1000 origami crane birds. I've just harvested 6 corn fields 3 times in a row which is 18 and found only 1 bird. After that I've collected from silo and chicken coops (I have 4 of them) and got nothing. I'm not worried about me, I'm very active and there is still 3 days left. But what about players which are still at task 4. Most of us work, go to school, bla-bla...don't have much time for games. It's pretty hard to find those birds if you ask me 
Love the events but if I have to sit 8 hours daily in front of PC to accomplish the tasks pfff...not very good.
