I and my co-op do NOT like this... X(
We all counted on using the goat sheds for this task..
No denying it was nice to be able to do this event really fast, but that did mean it wasn`t much of a challenge (even at specialist level).
With this change, starting 18 milk (with my 4 cowsheds) will now take 28 hours (If I start ready to harvest) which is better than them horrendous 80 pig feedings in Asian event which would take 32 hours (with my 3 pigstys) IF I was here very hour to restart them, in reality it takes wayyyy longer than that. So I don`t mind the milk thing so much, I would change the pig one if I had a choice of one to change.

The alien event, task no 3, is starting milk production.
I have played it earlier - on level 3 - and have noticed, with pleasure, that goat milk production also counted.
This time I chose level 2. I built extra goat stables. However, they do not help this time.
Can anyone tell me why?

Same here. I pay level 3 and the goat staples don't help anymore.

"Balancing - U.F.O event - Task 3 of this event will no longer take goat milk productions into account as this was only possible due to a bug. Only cow milk productions will count towards the objective from now on."

I am on task 3 :
"begin production of milk", but my goat stables r not counting in this task. Why?
Is it a bug or some new change is being made in this event which i am unaware of?

I'm on the 3rd task (collect milk) of the event and if I remember correctly it would count the donkey milk on the gourmet farm too, am I wrong? Because it's not counting them this time.:S
If I am wrong then I won't complete the 3rd difficulty level.
If I add a temp cow shed then I would need to upgrade a house, expand my land and spend money I don't really have. Plus I have way to many other things to do, having 3 farms and all.
This is ridiculous.8|

The Goats from your Gourmet farm use to count towards this task but they fixed the bug that was causing it so only your cow on your main farm count

Can't you add a temp cowshed and a temp house? Or will your happiness dive into the minus too bad then? You can always temporarily store some decorations.

The problem with building temp anything is then for the next task I would then need to build another temp something-or-other. Also with 3 farms going I always have something upgrading, so I would need to spend gold to finish that so I could build a temp.
It took 1 day to do the first 2 tasks (for some reason they went quick), 2 and a half days to collect the 10 milks needed (with work I can only harvest twice a day) another day and a half to collect the 750 photos that's all but 5 days for the 1st 4 tasks, now it wants 5400 apples and with 2 orchards it'll take all but 23 hrs (if I could harvest every 3 hrs which I can't) adding another orchard would take it down to 16 hrs, and I still need to do task 6.
As of right now I have 33 hrs left, minus the 23/16 hrs for the apples leaves me 10/17 hrs to collect 3600 footprints and we all know the drop rates, and seeing I work 10 hrs mon-sat it's impossible. I know this issue has been ongoing since the beginning yet it's still an issue, I know it's not supposed to be easy and I wouldn't want it to be but...maybe if I waited till I was a higher level and all my land was open then maybe I would be able to do it without spending gold, but if you look at my profile pic I have a hard time with patience . Or maybe they could wait until a player is a higher level before making difficulty 3 available. but we all know why that won't happen.
