I don't see why the users are complaining. After all, a company needs to earn money to produce games.

The players are just stating that they do not like the look of the library after you buy too many books. They would like to see either an ability to by skin or that the company changes the visual appearance of the library. The comments above actually give the company even more opportunity to make money (by either selling the skin or selling more books if unwanted look is replaced with a different one).

Constructive feedback is always welcome, either positive or negative.
