Here are 2 pictures of Nafaru's desk. I told her it's messy, but she wouldn't listen. After one photo however, she finally came to her senses and tried to tidy it up, but ... well, you see the results.

Alright, so many PMs
So because we had some users who actually found (or claimed to have found) over 20 differences, when we actually just added a handfull of things to the picture, we gave up on finding the absolutely correct answer
Instead we took all of you guys and did a little lottery over here.
