i was wondering if it was possible to develope a deco that was the size of 3x3 for those hard to fill places maybe 3x3 outhouse or tool shed with a happiness rating of about 14 or along that and affordable with cash for people who dont have or can afford gold

There's a 3x3 farm sign available from level 40 but it costs 2750 gold.

i thought of a good idea for a deco it is a statue of the old white bearded farmer and make him 3x3 in size and buyable with cash that you earn with a happy points of +18 and make available level 20 for about 20,000 cash
