Why has a players farm been blocked? Support has not replied for 3 days.

Have they had an auto reply?
If not send it again.

After an auto reply it takes up to 5 working days before there is a human response.

If there is no reply by the end of Tuesday then if is time for them to follow up.

I finally got an email after I sent 4 times.

I am still blocked on my farm. I have not recieved an email yet. It has been almost 10 days blocked. Should I bug them again?

If you got an auto reply then yes.

If you did not then start again,

It normally takes 5 working days for human response.
IE not Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Today is a Bank Holiday for them - Christi himmelfahrt. (Ascension Day)

So you should have human response by Friday.
