The Coop village level is based on village experience points from your team as the buildings are upgraded plus what every one makes in there through the factories. For example,  nails, shingles etc

What you are showing is co-operatives  level

As you do projects like the Complete Movie Experience and Wild About Apples that are in your screenshot you will gain co-operative points and the co-op will level up

CrazyBigFarm is out of date but is still very useful for anything that has not changed and is in English

What you are showing here it the Co op Projects. Start & complete them with in the time frame allowed & the Co op earns points which will help level that area up
