Are you still having this issue? I have been able to send and receive PMs within the game.

I found I can send a pm only by replying to a pm from another player. But sending one from scratch isn't always working.

I had this intermittently but thought it was my PC. Refreshed and it then worked.

As others have this issue I have now asked about it.

I am having the same issue - and it's happened several days in a row. Refresh helps, but then it might be "broke" again next time I log on.
