I cannot harvest the king salmon on my obsidian farm, they are refusing to budge. They are on repeat and I have none in my inventory.

Have you tried Turbo Harvester ?

You need to use the Turbo Harvester to clear them. Harvest all other productions manually before, so you will save some gold and don't use the Repeat Harvester at the moment.
