well not sure if its happiness but my running cost is down to -67%

My land usage is like this, pretty efficient, too (just 2 squares unused), but running costs are only -51%. My decorations are most vegetable beds, maybe that's why. Level's 34.

It's really efficient...
Especially since you didn't make your farm as square as possible, with (*ugh* my English fails me...) those 'arms' to the side... I keep all the new land closely against my farm... to make it easier to fit things in
