if this is your farm and your only level 16 how do u have level 3 barns but u can only have them till u get level 31?????

Tony, don't forget that that image was posted way before the graphic changes were made to the barns (the Architect Event upgrades). What is now a level 3 graphic was probably a level 1 or 2 graphic before the change.
