I seem to be unable to find it in the settings. The entire game is in greek, and I am looking to play the game with an english interface. How can I do so?

Hello manwue, as you'll see in the screenshot http://prntscr.com/18jx0o (home page of emprie) at the bottom of the page there is a choice to change the language...
(But you should create a new account if you change language )

As far as i know, the servers that support English are the International 1+2, UK and USA. Just choose the language of your liking and you should see the possible servers you can play on.
