The Cooldown for NPCs by 50% at the new commander doesn't work for sams!

It works but not on Sams for some reason - not sure when Sams stoped being NPC???

so, it works on robber barons?

I've tried it in Ice and Fire and it works there, however losses are higher than normal so not that useful if you have enough maxed towers

okay...have you not read their statement about it? its not supposed to work for npc's...its only supposed to work on robber barons, they said; which is just LOVELY. (sarcasm, lol ) 

they SHOULD fix it to work on npc's, INSTEAD of them just fixing the display bug, though...but they have already said they can't do it, so I guess that's that.

nice one, GGE! now people will be ITCHING to buy rubies, now, I bet!

What I saw someone writing on twitch and it sound really good idea, so GGS should put more time skips to game but takes away veryvery much of the XP points what you get from doing everything, doing that players wouldn't get too big too fast but they have time to build and when they get to level 70 they have somekind of commanders and casstellans and they can defend them selfs and maybe even compete on events.

Can someone tell me where are the level prizes gone? Used to be in the quests book, not anymore, it's good to see what's coming next, what i can expect to have and what other players already have.
