12 hours food given, I pity those that work 12 hour shifts...

Having said that they seem to be eating only half their usual...

It is messed up, and i have another complaint, I bought rubies twice this OR event.. got thousands of ruby tools, and the game just took them? They are not in my main castle, so I'm guessing they were just ate by the game?
I will Not be buying rubies again in OR... 

We should get all the rubies stuff we bought... all the ruby troops, tools, and stuff... so it's not just people who are not buying rubies getting ripped... it is someone who buys some every now and then getting ripped too...

Again  / The  paying for selling off  Old equipment is a good deal in that you made the new stuff the expect us to pay for group sell off. The old equipment is useless with the newer being better.  I never asked for those new gem and armor. You installed . Now your are making me pay to get rid of the stuff.  This has made me back off on buying rubies. It is also making me lose interest in playing.  Whats the method?   Give us something then make your highest buying players pay to pay for something that you should have made for free? Well it may work a some however as time goes on you money players are going to get tired of clicking  to not pay or move on.  This is the simple answer.    Give us that group sell of gems ect. Get your money players to spend on other things. Now i am not disrespecting nor making threats. Please  take care of us long term players. befor they start to move away,

The first time they ran the new version (one with tonics etc) I thought it was not bad, it mostly stopped the big buyers picking on the smaller players. But I really disagree with the changes they have made with the just finished version. It's back again to where the big ruby buyers can just buy success. That's the fundamental problem with this game. Ruby buyers don't just get a little advantage, they can basically just buy success in any event if they spend enough. You can buy almost unlimited attackers and defenders, and tools, and tonics if you want.
I don't begrudge players who want to spend real money, getting a bit of an advantage, but the unbalance is just too great. There should be some caps on what they can buy per event, and other things that cannot be bought at all. Not only in OR, but the main game as well. I don't even try very hard in Nomads or Samurai any more now because most of the other players in my Kingdom league buy many boosters.
GGS need to realise the game needs the non-ruby buyers as well to survive, and the game seriously needs rebalancing with ruby vs non-ruby players.

It wasn't too bad but the amount of tonics to hit down does need fixing, only one tonic per level is nowhere near enough. I think 4 per level would be a fairer amount..

yes obviously there is a known issue, this is stated flatly, however there is no estimation on time of correction.

We all understand bugs happen, issues are there and real, and corrections are being worked on, without however a deadline there is no pressure to complete tasks, this means that without telling us when the problem should be fixed by you make us feel as if the issues will not be corrected, that they will instead be left to the wayside until they are no longer remembered.

Out of sight out of mind, or is it out of site out of mine!

For those that feel the Outer Realms is a toss up due to ruby players, you may be right paying customers will always have an advantage over those that work on the game, the more you work on it the less advantage they have, and the Outer Realms short run prevent this decreasing of advantage to some degree. I doubt they will ever limit the money that can be spent on the fleeting event, however if they focused it on items that might be better suited to use against NPCs it might encourage the players paying real life money to spend more time on the game and lessened the seeming advantage to some degree.

I tried to be constructive with this post as an example of how to do it, you state a problem and a solution even if the solution is unfeasible or never listened to it at least is tactful and courteous, after all I have never given my cash money to GG and still play and take up memory and use on their systems, the least i can do is be tactful and courteous.

there is another bug, I did all my daily duties at the first day of outer realms, but they didnt reset at night and I cant now do this days duties.

Not much point in a coin player spending time in outers when its Might points. Now GGE have added Relic buildings its just too easy for ruby buyers to get lots of might points and then do nothing. 1 Relic greenhouse = 1k mp thats way too many compared to other buildings..

While I agree that the ability for people to get easy points by purchasing is discouraging, that doesn't make it impossible for a non-buyer to place in the top 10,000.  



Tokens, Horrors, and the Daily Duty Gem level I wanted.  Not a bad result for $0.00. :)

Of course, that presumes the payout will happen correctly.  Now you know why I have the above screenshot......

This bug happens to me regularly in Outer Realms on the first day of the event. Been happening since last year. Each time I've contacted support they say it's a known bug. Who knows how long until they fix it!
If you are lucky enough to get a reply from GGS support the same day, they can sometimes do a manul reset. But if they don't reply until it's fixed itself (which seems to be after one more event day), you've missed out on those daily duty points.
Not really good enough that a bug that affect so many people remains for at least 5/6 months without being fixed....but why am I not surprised...

If I don't get farmed by a ruby buyer I usually do very well.  Unfortunately I've been farmed the last 3 times.  Kinda getting old.
