Not me. And I have been having trouble getting any relic weapons (because obviously they're the most worthless)

Like they said... all of the relic equipment will have random stats. The chance of getting the 'perfect piece' is low, but there's still a chance. The purchasable ones give you defined stats to a certain degree, but still have some randomness to them. These two gems I got from the "Payment of Tribute" sam quest. Just keep trying and you'll get lucky! 👍

I have not seen a commander piece that has decent flank or a cast piece with decent on the wall bonus.  Not like the old sets.

Moving on, every customers next logical question is about what is the compensation being prepared?  So where is your company statement on what that compensation will be? You KNOW we are going to ask so not having it ready and launched at the same time is incompetence and another failing in customer service.  Really do hope GGS actually invests in customer service training for ALL employees including the senior management.  

Compensation

The alliance needs a complete return of all resources invested, specifically including the rubies. 
Individuals need full and fair compensation for the tools and coins etc, What about those with bits of a com? - remember, people have put hard effort into obtaining their coins and anything you provide is simply pixels to the company so for the first time ever, please think about customer satisfaction and be generous. The failure to be the event back is GGS's not the customers so lets not see us penalised for that failure like usual. 

Outer Realms

Do I play it? Yes
Do I enjoy it ? No
Why do I play it? Construction and Upgrade tokens
Do I like being forced to play it? No

Construction and Upgrade tokens should for part of the rewards for Storm performance, it would then bring some relevance into an event that has prizes that simply have no worth to a great many people. (very nice suggestion Osiris). Even if all you update in storm is the prizes this would give it a lease of life for very little programming effort. 

Great post and I agree fully. We are waaaay past due for a storm update. Anyone that has been playing for a while have zero use for anything to be won there.

You KNOW that's the type of comment they listen to.  One guy says they should do X, everybody else says they shouldn't do X, GGE does X(or something worse because they were going to anyway) and calls it listening to the players.

Your PERSONAL smithy is what is being referred to, in the Mastersmith announcement/description. 

As it sez, you "won't receive any nobility points for equipment made in your ALLIANCE smithy" ( emphasis mine ).

Hopefully, that makes it a little more clear,

These Spam ads are tiresome and frankly, obnoxious. No ad site would think that the way you advertise is effective, nor remotely a good idea. Then you start sending "special offers" in my inbox? 7 of them within 24 hrs. On top of the 6 ads I had to close to even get to my inbox. I no longer even look at what's on "offer". Gameplay horrible, interrupts what you are doing.

spamming adds in the inbox? then you will never be able to see battle reports when you are not online 24/7 to delete all spam mail
that would only work if you could have a junk mail folder to receive all ads in junk mail box.
Junk adds belong in the junk mail.
adds that show up every 30 minutes or more is junk.

I do not get the apprentice workshop, with the relics easily outclassing the legendary equipment when you put the right pieces together, there is no point in getting those sets.  The build items are the only things worth getting and it takes way to many apprentice tokens and time to get those tokens to even be worth it.  And for the none ruby buyers who make up the majority of the game, they lose one of their main ways to get troops and tools causing them to lose interest and quite due to not being able to do as many attacks as before.  I suggest changing back to the old setup before a lot of players decide to quite, and maybe exchanging the legendary equipment with relic ones.

Nope, even after the update and the Apprentice Blacksmith "improvements" the season event is still not worth putting in the effort for.  There is just not enough variety there and what there is is way overpriced.  Whilst previous rewards were random and sometimes not as useful as others, at least you could look along the milestones and pick something to aim for and give you impetus.  One of my team refers to the apprentice tokens as "broken plates" - well doesn't that just sum up the current format - like a broken plate.

It's not working guys!

How's this for a suggestion - bring back the old style LTPE, but instead of issuing complete new sets along the way, for each of those equipment and gem items, give a "voucher" for a piece of equipment or gem that can be redeemed in the apprentice blacksmith for one of your choosing, leaving the other stage prizes as they were.  THAT would really give people the option to complete sets they need?

Just think - an opportunity to please all the people all of the time (well in relation to the LTPE in any case)

Agree blacksmith still has nothing worth putting in the hard yards on ltpe. Return to how it was even though with relics all comm and castys from ltpe are inferior. If you need to have the blacksmith and broken plates put them in Storm so at least that gets a change.

question;

when will the normal rewards return in the festival???  i don't need broken plates (not only me)I think it's no use to run on events for broken plates . so if someone could telle me if and when the regular rewards return would be nice.
