I will maybe look weird... but I love this update ! There are some problems that have to be solved, but it's an interessting idea, and it isn't so complicated.

Once you've practised it, the new way of setting up an attack is actually faster  Not always: Only if you have few different troops troops and few equipment

This recent update has resulted in higher troop losses not to mention the people who have quit because of this screwed up attempt by GGE to make the game better. I have played for 12 yrs and put up with a lot of changes they pulled out of their derrieres. I am done with trying to adapt to their lame attempts to milk even more money out of me... F them

If you bother looking at other treads on your lastest update. The most comments are thay hate the attack screen update.

if point was to be able to set multiple waves at same time.... add checks to bottom of attack screen. We could have dealt with that and still seen our troops/tools. Now have to go to each and open check mark to try to see what you set and hope it's right. Is ridiculous. 

Defense?? LOL Gotta agree, what's the point of building them up if useless? Main point is defending your crew, if you can't do that, you kill the main point in having an alliance. Yeah lot of us have it for social, but protecting each other builds a core group and sense of reliance and trust. 

This is just leading towards everyone seeing how high of players they can hit and what glory they can get, since defense is crap anyhow.

I don't even wanna log in right now, cause it's depressing looking at the game, nonetheless trying to play it.

find the new update useless as the whole setup of spy reporting and plotting attack is totally taken out of context,the simplicity of plotting an attack now takes more time,really worthless this as old system worked much better,was a lot easier too,than this set up.

I think I am going to quit this game, and just go back to GGS Farm game.. 
Everyone else in my alliance hates it.
I hate this new setup!
I actually have to use a magnifying glass to see some of what I am doing and even then the battle setup is horrible, and I have issues placing troops and tools, I cannot make heads or tails of this setup and now all the attacks and defense setups don't work right and loose more troops and tools than ever!

I WANT MY TROOPS CAME BACK AFTER CAPTURING ISLANDS MONUMENTS AND WORKSHOPS

I DON'T WANT TO DESTROY MY SICK EYES IN THAT CONFUSING COMPLICATED ATTACK

WINDOW:  TRYING IT ON 3 SAMURAI TOOK 35 MINUTES TO PREPARE 1 ATTACK LOST 700 SOLDIERS

HORATIO IS A CRAP AND  OLD COMMANDERS  COST US SO MANY EUROS SO MUCH EFFORT SO MUCH FATIGUE

has anybody mentioned
that at a drop of a switch they can bring sams back now for 3 yrs there been saying it has problems so it cant be played 
but now we find with this new update its the only event that can be played

New attack format just sucks... been playing for 6 years... now i quit,... sometimes its best to leave things alone

sorry Poseidon I understand from other players that you do try to be helpful when it comes to player issues but I'm not sure how such a facetious reply as above is being helpful at a time when players are feeling they're issues with this update have already been ignored, it would be good if we can get to a point where each of the issues raised here have been examined and given a thoughtful reply, these concerns are genuine issues not being posted for fun or ridicule

3 years to sort the problem out  
they done very well there head of the department must be proud of them 
and it has not been sorted out the rewards  need updating or is that going to be sorted in another three years
yet its still only been played 3 times in the last four months maybe five

so are you saying it will be on more than 1 time each kingdom league now

This in general is a awful update/change(a few bits are good).......only maintenance play from me till you fix it, if not reconfigured soon!......bye bye
