How does one obtain an emporium?

Anyway, how to find one is fairly easy. Especially on INT3.
Find the Alliance with the most Command Points:
Next, check the Members list, starting with the Leader. Sometimes they have look items on them, but you should still be able to identify the Metro.

yah can you find an newly spawned metro? I dont think I can deal with legendary level 800s with the largest allaicenes in the known GGE universe.
