Can you give me some information how to unlock my blocked accound ? When i pay 500k rubies all was ok ... But tommorow my acc its was banned ):

all you had to do is stop cheating. But my guess is you continued to cheat after paying the 500k rubies and got banned again.

Best idea is to contact support as there couldve been a issue with your Card while it may have got approved your credit company could be holding payment or many other things that can go wrong in which theyll suspend your acct until its fixed

Try to start playing in other server or
