Would this attack work? To note, my commander is balanced, and I have stocked all the waves on the right flank (the others don't have defending troops, just the right flank and courtyard have any defenders) with the max number of Veteran Crossbowmen, and the back three waves I used 40 wooden mantlets each, to get the ranged defender's defense down from 201% to 1%, since I'm not wasting any more Cast Iron Mantlets.

High melee count on the right side so you won't actually get it past the wall, use a commander who has a lot of courtyard

Re-did espionage, the blacked out troops are all vet longbowman, he's added exactly 25 troops since the first espionage. No other changes though.

Also, you sure it wouldn't get past the right side? All put together, the vet crossbowmen on the right side total 256, since each of the waves has 64, 64*4=256...
the ranged troops defense is almost completely mitigated for the back waves, since I got -200% ranged defense with 40 wooden mantlets on each wave for a total of 1% ranged defense on back three waves, so the ranged wouldn't factor into it...

If need be, I could switch the back waves's mantlets to event ones or shield walls to completely mitigate ranged.

181% melee strength and over 200 melee soldiers, I had an instance where I didn't get past the wall even with horrors and 90% range

The defense tools will be gone after the first wave, so you actually need less than 40 wooden mantlets in the last three waves. Exactly how many, depends on the castellan's ranged bonus. So, you will have room to add a few ladders.

Send 14 of the ruby shields , wave 1 fill rest of the flank with wooden tools , wave 2-4 same and all ranged on the right flank.

Send wooden rams on the right flank to nullify the wizards and the middle is fine as is. no tools will mean your troops will sneak up when he isn't looking and 3-star him. As for the left flank, 20 troops is too many. Only send 6.
