I think their should be an age limit of at least 12 yrs. of age. Everyone should know this, so no one can say a child of six can play. I have seen that question asked and answered in the affirmative.

The terms of use specifically say that no one under the age of 13 can register and any minor under the age of 18 must have a parents permission.

even with an age limit, the game doesnt know your age. it knows what you claim that your age is. so anyone can lie about their age and play

General T&C 

2.3	Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to register. Minors over 13 years of age may only register with the permission of their legal guardians and, in the case that the respective game or service has an age rating, only after reaching the minimum age requirement.
