I am new at this game. Have been playing a few days and today it wouldn't accept my password. OK easy enough, change your password. Well, not so easy...tried a few times and when I tried to retrieve the email, there was a problem. The 3rd time, figured it could be mailtraker, which I hate. So I disable that and finally it accepted the password change. I think great, I'm on my merry way. A big NOT! When I finally get back in to play.....I'm back at the very beginning. Lost everything. I was only at level 6, so it didn't hurt that bad, but it could have been a lot worse. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this. Trying to get support here, is like trying the get help from support on Crazy Big Farm. If it there really is one, they are ghosts and only come out at Halloween, if then. Thank you once again Support for not take care of you gamers! - clear

You've probably logged onto the wrong server have you changed the flag at the bottom to the US and switch server to United States 1

Yes, yes, yes...I'm not really that upset, only played to 2 days. So I'm almost I'm at level 5 and learned a little more, so all is not lost, just rubies lol. I would be very upset if I was at a much higher level.
I feel like customer support is invisible. I have been playing Crazy Big Farm and suspected that my game dollars, gold and maybe village tickets were not right. Have been watching very carefully. One night I decided to write things down and sure enough, I was right. Gold went from 600 to 60. I would watch people at the market buy things and my dollars would go down. Not right!
Support doesn't care. It didn't take me long to learn not to buy gold and in this case rubies. lol
Nice to meet you!

Hi there,
I haven't heard of this problem occurring before, but it's quite common that someone who is confused may think they are being locked out (no shame in that).

There are many things that could've happened. You may have just entered your password wrong when trying to log in, or typed an unnoticed letter when creating the account. It's possible that you may have had your name wrong as well. It's also possible that when you tried to log in after changing your password, you accidentally used the sign up screen, or were on a different server as others have suggested.
GGE has many, many problems, but being a quite famous, fairly popular game, I can say with near certainty that the login problem was not a problem on GGE's end but on yours.
However, of course that doesn't make it any less frustrating. I'm sorry you had to start over, even if you were only at level 6

It happened once in the Spanish world a bug that we, the community, decided to call "Stricc bug" honoring the player who suffered it.
The guy was at level 60+ and was a very active player, high rank of a high alliance, and suddenly, everything on his account disappeared. His castles, OP's Deco's, RV's... EVERYTHING.
He wrote to support. They answered a week later, and a week and a little bit more after that the bug was corrected, and that was because of the support of the community, it was basically on everyone's mouth.
So... whenever this happens, you can call it "The Stricc Bug".
If you understand Spanish, or trust Google Translate, go see the thread here.
Regards (I'm tired of saying "Greetings", let's change it)
