hi guys just a little question I had a problem today took a vacant rv in ice /so fair play rules then I gets a message from a well known English server alliance saying it was his after his men deserted and wanted it back .now my question is this the rv was not stolen and dropped and I just happened to pick it up its happened to me so I would gladly give it back after proof of ownership.but in this case the rv was lost by the player because men starved therefore only the players fault.who thinks it right to threaten me with consequences after I took it legally ie it was free it was not stolen then dropped . should this rule be in the fair play rules or should it be exempt if you lose rvs through your own fault because of desertion. just a thought not moaning

I think the RV belongs to the guy who had the RV when his men starved.

yes but is that fair when rvs are free we do not know if they have been dropped or starvation you have to ask whos fault it is if they are lost

any rv taken from the wilderness is fair game unless they can show that it was stolen imo. Starvation is no excuse.

Yeah unless it was stolen there's really no reason to give it back. His fault that he let his troops starve.

I think the RV belongs to whoever can take it and hold it

If that's not you, I'd recommend returning it.

thanks for your input I think you all feel the same as me about this matter stolen and dropped I would give back its happened to me and that's fairplay .losing rvs due to starvation isn't an excuse to have them back if you recapture them back its fine if someones seen it and got it let them keep it.me personally I don't need stone and wood rvs anywere I get resources from sams and nomads so to threaten me with concequences I think was a bit harsh I took it cos it was outside my ice main

how do you hold an rv with an alliance who has nearly all lvl 70/800 players or even war with that's suicide f/p rules was made for everybody I took it fairly it was free it wasn't stolen or dropped.everybody knows rvs can be lost if starvation accurs this guys wasn't a newbie and cant say he didn't know
