Can anybody tell me about the look option under the equipment tab

you can buy a look item at the equipment trader , look items are temporariy meaning they disappear after 7-90 days (depending on the look item). Some look items give bonuses when used in combinations with specific sets like the Highlander or winged knight. You can apply gems to the look items (it is to be noted these are lost once the look item expires). Some look items changed the outward appearance of your castle.
