Just asking on how to lose a op to then take one

you have to surrender the old one first , takes 24 hours , or have another player cap it

1. Go to the Outpost that you want to drop
2. Go to the bar that's down the screen at the left 
3. Go to the admin menu                                          
4. Click here:
5. Then you will have to wait 24 hours, 3 of wich you will be able to regret and stop the surrender.
