who benefits and how when the attack glory hour is activated?

All the alliance memberswill gain the bonus, the glory bonus of the alliance can be activated by generals and other members with general rank or deputyes/high rnaks.
Gb can be activated at any time if the alliance has good  resources on alliance founds.
