I accidentally opened a complaint on a recent purchase on paypal. After that i was banned i have canceled the complaint and I am still banned. 3 days ago i sent a email to goodgame studios and they still have not replied. Anyone have a better way to get ahold of ggs

So you accidentally went to PayPal, activity, open dispute, choose category, choose sub-category, provide details, confirm...

This is what happenes when you have a company run by semi-morons who are dodging questions which gets uncomfortable. They feel that anything they answer will get them look bad.
Not answering just verifyes that they are really wrong and put their tail between their legs and run away.
Another trick which I noticed is NOT to answer to a direct question, and running around commenting on anything else in your question like use of words, proper grammar. Temerance is a good example of thoose company representatives.

no... this is what happens when someone reverses a payment during the holidays. GGS is usually pretty rapid when dealing with a payment issue, however holidays are holidays.
