I have new buildings available (charcoal burner ) but I do not see it anywhere on build menu ?

It's a worthless building, so no big deal 
But I imagine your problem is probably that you're trying to build them in green, they can only be built in ice

81k coal will get you like 45k coins. If you loot towers instead you get more coal then you would produce as well as coins. So yes, I'm gonna advise him that it's worthless so he can be a good player
Edit: And I don't have 1 mil pp anyway
