I cant get alliance rewards no gems no men etc.

Q: What in-game action were you attempting at the time (e.g. upgrading a building)?
A: I was playing as usual when some troops were won but I didn't get them

Can someone tell me what to do in this case please??

Turn on a yellow candle and place it in front of an altar made with fruits and rotten meat. Place 5 rosemary leaves over the altar with the fruits and burn one of them, now turn the candle while you spell a Psalm from Proverbs, all of this wile you're trying to get the alliance rewards. If it doesn't work anyway, then contact support, they can recommend you a red candle but there you test to see wich is best.
