Can anyone tell me why everytime I go to my castle in Everwinter my wood and stone are at 0?

May be bcz you have no resources there ?
Try sending some, and see.

You don't give enough information, so don't get angry if i state the obvious.

You need buildings that produce resources in order to have them. You need a warehouse (Or storehouse, idk how you call it) in order to have some, but it should always be more than 0.

If you started from zero with 0, then it's a bug, since the castle's big tower produces 2 of every resource every hour.

Even though, try sending some resources from the Great Empire and see what happens then.

first of all... HOLY CRAP! how did you manage to get placed right next to 3 other castles there?

Second of all, you shouldn't have 0 unless you decided to donate it all, or transfer all of it to another kingdom, I see that you do indeed have a store house, and some woodcutters and quaries. Please hover over your resources and see if you are generating some hourly.

A lot of what was said, I knew, but even the most basic ended up being helpful.
I am so embarrassed about the reason this happened, and I was not going to tell anyone, but y'all were so nice and helpful (benja084...how refreshing to run into such politeness on a forum such as this) that I decided to let you know what a simpleton I am and hopefully you will get a laugh out of my foolishness.

Right away, Muffins 2.0 had me thinking about sending resources, and so I went back to the screen between continents to see what I had previously done.
Has anybody figured it out yet?
What confused me was that if the keep generates 2 of each resource an hour, why was I not building anything up when I am offline?
Then I thought about Raggle frock's comment, "...transfer it all to another kingdom..."
So anyway, I started looking closer at the "send resources" screen and thought, "I wonder f I am...no, it couldn't be."
It could.
O...MY...GODS!!!
One would have thought that the fact I could send so few resources would have given it away, but noooooooo.
: )

So, there you have it. I hope that this at the very least, drew a smile from each of you, at best a belly laugh.

P.S. Raggle fock. I have no idea why they crammed me into that tiny space, but I'm claustrophobic as hell and I am NOT digging it.
