Topic: [346466] i want to move my castle far away but i dont know what will become of the Nomad camps..

so what happens if I move? ..do the nomads also move with me? ..or stay where they are? ..if the Nomads stay where they are, does that mean it will take me a real long time to attack them? ..or will attack time stay the same? ..if the Nomads move with me, do they keep their level?

It will always take the same time for you to attack them. I don't know whether or not they will move in the middle of a event like now, but the next event they would move to your new location.

thanks .. I appreciate your help ..and forgive me for doubling down on you like this but are you 100% positive about that?

..the reason im worried about this is because the four nomad camps I have been attacking all take different amounts of time to travel to -roughly between one and a half to two and a half minutes- so their distance seems to determine the attack travel time. ..it would be awful if the attack times turned into hours because I moved.

The attack times are the same for all of them and will be when you move. The only thing that affects the speed is the differences between your commanders speeds.

Also if you look at the information [white circle with a blue i, top right of each soldier or tool] you will see that different troops and tools travel at different speeds. So the amount of time taken for the attack, while it is the same for every nomad, is modified by your commander, troops, tools and horses.

Added to that, they will also move with you. While you're moving your castle you won't be able to attack, but that doesn't matter since it's only like 10 minutes.

If he/she 's asking that it's because it's the first time, and the first time it's free and it lasts like 10 minutes. The rest of the times that you move, it does take a day. So freakin' annoying to have a day doing absolutely nothing in green. I used thos' hours to go walking and spending the time with my family, so bad lol.

Ahh, good to know. Pretty sure it used to be twenty four hours for the first time, too.

Imagine that... spending time with family.

100% certain they also move with you, the different travel time is because of your commanders and the units and tools you use.
Will check once I am home if they also kept their level.

They move with you, they stay the same level, however the camps' setups change.
