I see this offer when I log in to do the Tutorial and get a bonus pack and then play.

Where is the Tutorial at. 

Maybe I am looking to hard but I cannot find it.

I should have know a simple question would bring out the non answers.

This is why most players do not use the forums for any real info. 

What is meant to be a place for discussion turns into crap 95% of the time between some players that have nothing to do with a simple question.
