How much % can you add to equipment when you upgrade it the max amount of times?

Pretty sure it changes with every piece, but I don't actually know so correct me if wrong

It depends on what the attributes are.

For a combat strength bonus, the first one 0.7% per level. second and third ones 0.4% per level
For other bonuses like speed, extra loot, detection time, etc.  the increments are slightly different

I can't remember how many levels you can upgrade grey and green equipment
Purple equipment can be upgraded to level 12
Orange equipment can be upgraded to level 16
and Red equipment can be upgraded to level 20

Costs a fortune.
