I just started the game. why there are so many 70 lvl players around me? it looks like i've got put in the middle of the map, shouldn't i be placed with low levels around me and new players, so i can get some free outposts cuz every op near me is already taken.

Well i already moved my castle to be closer to my friends, was that a bad idea? Or playing near 70 levels and no free outposts at all is still possible?

Both have their advantages. If you stay in a older part of the map with developed players you can likely get into a decent alliance which would give you ops of retiring members. If you are in a new part of the map then you can often get nice shiny foods that are very close to your castle.

Both have advantages and disadvantages.
If you move to a new part of the map Yes you can often get nice new shiny foods that are close to your castle, but you will need to start them from scratch. They will take a long time to build up, but you will get the experience points from the building and upgrading to help you level up.
If you stay in the older part of the map with developed players, Yes you can likely pick up some developed ops, either from a decent alliance, or by taking them from ruined castles. Since they will likely be far in advance of anything you can build at your level, you will only be able to repair the fires, until such time as you have caught up to them. You will have some of their advantages, but will not be able to improve most of the buildings until you level up, and you will not get building experience points to help you do so.

Good luck with your choice,
Regards,
Debbie
