Hi Folks,

I have heard that in taking over an established op, it is better if the buildings are already burning before your capture. Because if they are already burning, they will not turn to rubble. Is this true, or just coincidence? And if it is true, how burned do the buildings need to be to have this effect?

They must be burning at 100% and it is true.
