I can't acces my account anymore,
I've tried to reset my pasword on the login page, when I enter my email adress and
click the send button I receive the onscreen confirmation that my request is send and that I will receive an email shortly to renew the pasword.
However, I tried this the first time 2 days ago, when I first noticed I couldn't enter anymore, since then I never received an email with the reset procedure...
Is it normal for this to take this long?
I also posted a message trhough the support site, I've received a confirmation email from GGE that my querry is received, but no further replies (first send 29 January).
For now I am on a friend's account so I can post the question on this forum.
Anyone else had issues like this, and is it normal it takes this long?

Well, I've been trying several times per day for the past 2 days now, but without succes.
I've trieda different email adres, not linked to the account, and then I receive the message that the email adress is unknown (which makes sense).
With my game account - e-mail, I only receive the onscreen confirmation that the request is send, but nothing is in my inbox (nor the spamfolder, deleted items or any like that).
