Hi. When I logged on today my Storm Island settlement was gone and was listed as not being unlocked and my Bear Paw camp  was also missing. Has this happened to anyone else. Customer support will not recognize my account.

Berimond ended and storm island reset

By reset you mean you start from scratch again?
