So  i lost a bunch of troops in the server crash and i have not gotten payment the forum says i should get some horrors but i have not gotten them on the game or in email is anyone else having this problem

lol there wasn't a server crash for the US server. If you are talking about US1 account you have some other issue and there won't be any compensation.
