i've been spending all my time, and searched so far but i cant find a spare resource village, i just feel like there isnt even enough on the map

if i want to die to lvl 70+

The problem about stealing is that players have reports of your capture.... so you just need to capture the villages and then send 25+ espionages with 1 spy, so the player's battle-reports mail-box will become full of your "failed espionages messages" and he will not have the report.

You can do it if the player is not online and if he's not in an active alliance

Or you can use Photoshop and make other players thinking they stole you some villages

unfortunatly so many rv's are held by shells its nuts.

Find ruin players. They are common in ice, sands less common and fire you'll find 2/3 a week if lucky. Keep an eye out for RV spawns too. They won't be common due to heaps of players leaving the game and more players = more RVs
