Also, you still don't lose troops attacking Shapeshifters right?

In soft mode you do not loose troops  In hard-core you do.
As for the 32 man one I do not know cause I do not use it.

it works if the castles empty, can pull 2-3k points from one

If the castle is empty, you can also take a slight risk and send a fully-trooped attack on hardcore mode; you'll get more points than if you just send 32 troops but of course the risk is higher if they decide to bring in troops.

in hardcore mode if u even kill 8 soldiers or even 5 u will get 2k points

HOLY SHOOT. That's more than I make sending on all 5 castles with 32 troops on hardcore mode.

I found if you send a full army you get more points too...
I sent 200 on a 80 and got about 1k....sent 2.6k on another one with 80 and got 2.2k

I found if you send a full army you get more points too...
I sent 200 on a 80 and got about 1k....sent 2.6k on another one with 80 and got 2.2k 
kill/loss ratio is a big factor in there somewhere
