Dependent on how you tool, it's quite likely people with access to good casts could hold middle.

wasted imo, an elementalist is better than that, hell, my foreigner with 3 lvl 8 cy gems and a lvl 11 flank gem is better than that, a 20% late detect hero would go a long way on an executioner, and it'd be the only reason I'd buy one, that or a speed hero, but then there's the beri/fl combo's which are better than them. shrug

When I bought it just costed around 70k rubies 
I would've bought elementalist if it was the same price as super commander

about Beri n fori combo, it has only 21% moat reduction
