Has anyone experienced being unable to upgrade the WOR equip in the Technicus above level 16?? Had no answer to a teammate who just asked this. Is it a glitch? Is it another cheat by GGS?? Any info would be appreciated!

relog, refresh, reboot, clear cache.

i have a fully teched fl set so obviously is something wrong from whoever's having this issue's end

It is a glitch
