Topic: [348356] What do i do if i didnt get equipment rewards?

I only noticed now after smashing beri camps that my equip storage and gem storage have been at the max, (over the actual max capcity) gems is 480( 500) equip is 320(340) I checked equip storage and seen i havent gotten any of the new beri gem or artifact, what do i do

If you contact support you should get a reply for a loss like this within the week and they're normally pretty good at refunding you for lost gems/equipment like this

ah ok thanks have already sent in a ticket was just dreading a response like its not refundable, would make me stop hitting beri as dont know how many events of it would have to wait for to get back to these pieces lol ty

Write to support and make sure you aren't like 40 over the regular equipment cap I think is the hard cap

Yeah i have done cleared out space for both gem and equip, does anyone have full stats for beri cast/comm yet?

got my equip luckily, didnt get the seasonal cast armor piece but dont care got the set already its trash

could you tell to ggs that they should really remove that one quest from every world, the one where you get one epic(purple) equipment for hitting towers, thats biggest reason why everyone has the equipment storage 40equipments over the limit and noone wants epic equipments.

I don't mind that quest because it gives some xp for players who don't have their level maxed, and that little bit adds up, but I agree that it would be nice to have the equipment removed from the rewards. No one really needs epic equipment by the time they're in fire peaks.
