So I have gotten the reward for the gem in the new berimond Event but when i checked my equipment it was not there is this a glitch or something because I'm quite upset play help ggs

If your inventory is full that might be why, if it 20 over the limit i think they stop adding in gems from rewards. Just contact support they will refund you they are good with stuff like this
