someone know how can i send special res and rubies to an other alliance?

rubies i am not sure but resourses you can send. how? declare war and ask for 50% resourses after that end the war .

for rubies leave your alliance join the other alliance and buy ruby offers during 100% alliance offer.

You won't need those things.

If what you want is leaving your alliance to join another one but you don't want to loose those things in the process don't worry, the best that you can do is being active and helping that alliance to get new rewards from events, the ruby and res rewards that you can help them get are worth more than what you probably have in your old alliance.
