Those that rarely or never participate in events could be detected, instructed, reprimanded, demoted or dismissed. Now that the game seems to be going more towards Non-player character events and alliance rewards depend on participation we need to know who is and who isn't doing their share. If we can view members honor and glory points and looting totals, makes sense we ought to be able to see event points too.
I think such a feature has the potential to hurt and damage a lot of alliances. This has been suggested before, but never implemented, and i hope it stays like this for the good.
Have to agree.Sybll (US1) said:For ALL events, could there be a view created that shows the individual event points for ALL members of your alliance. Would be VERY helpful for alliance management. Being able to see other alliance members khan/samurai point earnings and gallantry earnings would be nice.

by letting people know how active or inactive a member is?
yea, since the alliance has 65 members, leader/other members can see who is not doing great in events, and the person get's kicked.Enkidu (ASIA1) said:Have to agree.

Not all players play in all events. Or do many points like others do.
So is better to not have this "feature".
If you want to know who is doing bad/good in events, make a skype/facebook group where leader can ask his members about their points in events, OR just use lighshot and send the print on a mass message.
A good way to see who is not active, is just by looking into the players weekly loot rankings.

On my server, there are only two players in the same or lesser equal level bracket with me--IE, I am level 48, and there are only 2 level 1-49 players with a higher loot ranking.
Yet I am currently only 6th in Samurai.
And I think its a bit extreme to say people would get kicked just for not being active enough in events.

you can already tell whether a player is active or inactive by monitoring their looting and online time. what worries me is that in-experienced alliance leaders are going to misuse this function to push their players to the limit. This is especially common in the low/mid tier alliances, therefore giving an explaination to what i mean with that this feature could damage some alliances rather than enhancing their growth. Why is this bad? Because an alliance needs to stay as a team, too much pressure and frustration will hurt the teamspirit.
there should be player rankings available for all events just like there is for the bloodcrows and the foreign event, experienced alliance leaders will be able to track individual members if necessary. However implementing a rankings inside the alliance would not be wise considering the effects of it in the long run.
Loot isn't an accurate representation of event performance; you can get tens of millions of loot from towers.
It would be nice for sure, but I'm not certain its a good idea. Many event alliances have some players who hit towers, or do PVP, and they might be unfairly punished for not participating in events.
