I'm in a situation where I can get an op. I have found one and the guy is in ruins, but he's in an alliance. So, if I attack him, will my alliance go to war with his?(they're on auto-war or something like that)

If they're in auto-war like you say, yes there will be war between alliances. But if you ask them nicely, the leader of that alliance if you can take the op. Then you don't have to go in a war for a op.
