Okay, I've found two deserted outposts attached to two ruined castles.  I have one Estate, so that should qualify me to take over at least one of these outposts unless I've missed something.

However, I can't seem to do it, so what HAVE I missed?  I've outfitted my Castellian - and have soldiers.  What's not there?
