Guys my it shows that my acc has been suspended, but it shows that the time is 0. somebody plz help me. it was one of my best accs.

That is a permanent ban and if you had multiple accounts on a single server that is why.

Having multiple accounts on the same server is a common reason for suspension.
The forum can't do anything about that. Try contacting GGE support.

Having multiple accounts on the same server is a common reason for suspension.

Possible reasons for a permanent ban:
1. Using 3rd party software (ie macros/bots)
2. Using multiple accounts on the same server
3. Sharing passwords/logging into someone else's account
4. Disputing payment (ie backcharging a purchase)
5. Doing something else really stupid

A mí me suspendieron mi cuenta igual, mandé mensaje a soporte y no me han respondido desde el lunes estoy así y me la bloquearon por comprar rubíes, pero les mandé foto de mi tarjeta y de el el estado de cuenta y así no me han desbloqueado

i am same problem as u
i had multi accounts
and someone reported me cuz of alliance grudge
and then i got suspended
and it says it unlocks 3/3/27 at 5:22 am
but i had given away my accounts to any willing friend i could find after hearing that they had been reported
and they still r suspended
